Hadith 10:669
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, from Ibn 'Awn, from Raja', from Qabisah: I said: A man divorced his wife two divorces, so she became separated from him, then she became lawful [for him], so she married a husband and he consummated the marriage with her, then he died leaving her or divorced her, so she returned to the first [husband]. Upon how many [divorces] is she with him? He said: Upon what remains of the divorce. He said: I said: Then he divorced her another [time], so she became separated from him, then she married a husband and he consummated the marriage with her, then he died leaving her or divorced her, so she returned to her first husband. Upon how many [divorces] is she with him? He said: She is upon what remains. I said: Then he divorced her another [time], so she became lawful [for him], then she married a husband, then he consummated the marriage with her, then he died leaving her, so she returned to her first husband. Upon how many [divorces] is she with him? He said: She is upon three.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يزيد بن هارون عن بن عون عن رجاء عن قبيصة قلت رجل طلق امرأته تطليقتين فبانت منه فحلت فتزوجت زوجا فدخل بها ثم مات عنها أو طلقها فرجعت إلى الأول على كم هي عنده قال على مابقي من الطلاق قال قلت فطلقها أخرى فبانت منه فتزوجت زوجا فدخل بها ثم مات عنها أو طلقها فرجعت إلى زوجها الأول على كم هي عنده قال هي على ما بقي قلت فطلقها أخرى فحلت فتزوجت زوجا ثم دخل بها ثم مات عنها فرجعت إلى زوجها الأول على كم هي عنده قال هي على ثلاث
