Hadith 10:670
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If he has consummated the marriage with her, then she is with him upon three divorces. And if he has not consummated the marriage with her, then she is with him upon the remainder of the divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال إن دخل بها فإنها عنده على ثلاث تطليقات وإن لم يدخل بها فإنها عنده على بقية الطلاق
