Hadith 10:674
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, regarding the Magians: If they both embrace Islam, they remain upon their marriage. And if one of them embraces Islam before the other, the marriage between them is severed.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن يونس عن الحسن في المجوسيين إذا أسلما فهما على نكاحهما وإن أسلم أحدهما قبل صاحبه انقطع ما بينهما من النكاح
