Hadith 10:681
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isma'il bin 'Ayyash narrated to us, from 'Amr bin Muhajir, he said: 'Abd al-Malik bin Marwan, Sulayman, 'Umar bin 'Abd al-'Aziz, and Yazid bin 'Abd al-Malik wrote: "Whatever you may excuse the foolish people for regarding anything, do not excuse them for divorce and manumission."
