Hadith 10:682
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from Amr, from al-Hasan, he said: A man in the pre-Islamic period (Jahiliyyah) would divorce, then retract, saying, "I was only joking," and he would emancipate, then retract, saying, "I was only joking." So Allah revealed: "And do not take the verses of Allah in mockery." Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever divorces, or emancipates, or marries, or is married, and then says, 'I was only joking,' it is binding."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عيسى بن يونس عن عمرو عن الحسن قال كان الرجل في الجاهلية يطلق ثم يرجع يقول كنت لاعبا ويعتق ثم يرجع يقول كنت لاعبا فأنزل الله @QB@ ولا تتخذوا آيات الله هزوا @QE@ فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من طلق أو حرر أو أنكح أو نكح فقال إني كنت لاعبا فهو جائز
