Hadith 10:683
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Marwan bin Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz bin Umar bin Abd al-Aziz, from Sulayman bin Habib al-Muharibi, he said: Umar bin Abd al-Aziz wrote to me: "Whatever you excuse the foolish people from regarding their oaths, do not excuse them regarding manumission (emancipation of slaves) and divorce."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا مروان بن معاوية عن عبد العزيز بن عمر بن عبد العزيز عن سليمان بن حبيب المحاربي قال كتب إلي عمر بن عبد العزيز مهما أقلت السفهاء عن أيمانهم فلا تقيلهم العتاق والطلاق
