Hadith 10:689
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from his father, from Abu Qilabah and Ibn Sirin, they both said: "Khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) is not lawful until a man is found upon her belly, because Allah says: '...unless they commit a manifest immorality.'"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معتمر بن سليمان عن أبيه عن أبي قلابة وبن سيرين قالا لا يحل الخلع حتى يوجد رجل على بطنها لأن الله يقول @QB@ إلا أن يأتين بفاحشة مبينة @QE@ 2
