Hadith 10:692
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, from Marwan al-Asfar, from Humayd bin Abd al-Rahman al-Himyari, who said: Khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) becomes permissible for you if she says: "I will not perform ghusl (ritual bath) for you from janabah (major ritual impurity), and I will not fulfill an oath for you, and I will not obey a command of yours."
