Hadith 10:693
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Jabir, from ‘Abdullah ibn Yahya, from ‘Ali, who said: Khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife) becomes lawful for a man if she says: "I will not perform ghusl (ritual bath) from sexual impurity, I will not obey any command of yours, I will not fulfill any oath of yours, and I will not honor any soul."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عبد الله بن يحيى عن علي قال يطيب للرجل الخلع إذا قالت لا أغتسل من الجنابة ولا أطيع لك أمرا ولا أبر لك قسما ولا أكرم نفسا
