Hadith 10:695
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from al-Hasan, regarding His saying: "There is no sin upon you," he said: That is regarding the *khul’* (divorce initiated by the wife), when she says: "I will not perform *ghusl* (ritual bath) for you from sexual impurity."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن الحسن في قوله @QB@ لا جناح @QE@ قال ذلك في الخلع إذا قالت لا اغتسل لك من الجنابة
