Hadith 10:697
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Ghunya narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik, from Ata, regarding the man who initiates khul' (divorce at the wife's request) with the woman. He said: If that comes from her side, then there is no harm.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن أبي غنية عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في الرجل يخلع المرأة قال إذا أتى ذلك من قبلها فلا بأس
