Hadith 10:701
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: I asked Al-Hakam about the statement of a woman to her husband: "I will not perform ghusl (ritual bath) for you from janabah (major ritual impurity), nor will I fulfill an oath for you, nor will I obey a command of yours." He said: "It is nothing; he should keep her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا غندر عن شعبة قال سألت الحكم عن قول المرأة لزوجها لا اغتسل لك من جنابة ولا أبر لك قسما ولا أطيع لك أمرا قال ليس بشيء يمسكها
