Hadith 10:705
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Hisham ibn ‘Urwah, from his father, from Jumhan, that a woman obtained khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife) from her husband by means of her khul’. ‘Uthman considered it a single pronouncement of divorce, and he did not specify [a number].
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن جمهان أن امرأة اختلعت من زوجها بخلعها فجعله عثمان تطليقة وما سمى
