Hadith 10:706
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, from his father, who said: Jumhan al-Aslami divorced his wife [by khul'], then he regretted it and she regretted it. So they came to Uthman and mentioned that to him. He said: Uthman said, "It is one divorce, unless he had specified something, then it is according to what he specified."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال خلع جمهان الأسلمي امرأة ثم ندم وندمت فأتوا عثمان فذكروا ذلك له قال فقال عثمان هي تطليقة إلا أن تكون سمت شيئا فهو على ما سمت
