Hadith 10:716
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Al-Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, from Shayban, from Yahya, he said: Qabisah ibn Dhu'ayb said: The khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) is one pronouncement of divorce. If she wishes, she may marry him with a new dowry.
