Hadith 10:726
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, he said: The *khul’* (divorce initiated by the wife) is an irrevocable divorce (*taliqa ba’ina*). And whatever she stipulated upon him regarding divorce, it is hers.
