Hadith 10:727
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Tawus, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: It is only a separation and an annulment; it is not a divorce. Allah mentioned divorce at the beginning of the verse and at its end, and the *khul’* (divorce initiated by the wife) is between that, so it is not a divorce. "Divorce is twice, then either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن عيينة عن عمرو عن طاوس عن بن عباس قال إنما هو فرقه وفسخ ليس بطلاق ذكر الله الطلاق في أول الآية وفي آخرها والخلع بين ذلك فليس بطلاق @QB@ الطلاق مرتان فإمساك بمعروف أو تسريح بإحسان @QE@
