Hadith 10:729
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, he said: My father used to say: "She observes a waiting period of three menstrual cycles, and he is more entitled to propose to her during the waiting period."
