Hadith 10:736
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar, from ‘Uthman, that he said: The waiting period (‘iddah) of the woman who seeks khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife) is one menstrual cycle.
