Hadith 10:739
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Sawa narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Arubah, from Abu al-Tufayl, from Sa'id ibn Hamal, from Ikrimah, who said: The waiting period of the woman who seeks khul' (divorce by returning the dowry) is one menstrual cycle. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, decreed this regarding Jamilah bint al-Salul.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن سواء عن بن أبي عروبة عن أبي الطفيل عن سعيد بن حمل عن عكرمة قال عدة المختلعة حيضة قضاها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في جميلة بنت السلول
