Hadith 10:745
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from al-Hakam, from al-Sha’bi, that Shurayh permitted a khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife) without the authority (sultan).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن الشعبي أن شريحا أجاز خلعا دون السلطان
