Hadith 10:746
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi’, from al-Rubayyi’ bint Mu’awwidh ibn ‘Afra’: That her paternal uncle obtained a khul’ (divorce) for her from her husband, and he (the husband) used to drink wine, excluding ‘Uthman. And ‘Uthman permitted that.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن أيوب عن نافع عن الربيع بنت معوذ بن عفراء أن عمها خلعها من زوجها وكان يشرب الخمر دون عثمان فأجاز ذلك عثمان
