Hadith 10:748
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, that he said: Khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife) is permissible without the authority (of a judge/ruler).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري أنه قال الخلع جائز دون السلطان
