Hadith 10:751
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab al-Thaqafi narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Sa’id ibn al-Musayyib, regarding the woman seeking khul’ (divorce initiated by the wife): He said: If she is defiant (nashizah), the authority (sultan) shall order him to grant the khul’.
