Hadith 10:752
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us, from ‘Ali ibn al-Mubarak, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, he said: ‘Imran ibn Husayn and Ibn Mas’ud used to say regarding the woman who ransoms herself from her husband: She has a divorce as long as she is in her waiting period (‘iddah).
