Hadith 10:753
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn ‘Awn, from al-A’war, from Abu al-Darda’, he said: For the woman who has obtained khul’ (divorce by ransom), there is a divorce as long as she is in the waiting period.
