Hadith 10:759
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, he said: The *khul’* (divorce initiated by the wife) is an irrevocable divorce (*taliqa ba’in*). As for what follows it of divorce, it attaches to her as long as she is in the waiting period (*’idda*).
