Hadith 10:762
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur and Mughira, from Ibrahim, and from Bayan, from al-Sha'bi, regarding the woman who seeks a khul' (divorce) from her husband, so he divorces her. They both said: "What falls upon her is what she was in during her waiting period (iddah)." Sufyan said: "We are of the opinion that it falls."
