Hadith 10:763
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa bin Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from Ata, regarding the woman who seeks khul' (divorce by returning the dowry): He said, "Divorce attaches to her."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن عطاء في المختلعة قال يلحقها الطلاق
