Hadith 10:765
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mansur, from ‘Amr ibn Haram, from Jabir ibn Zayd: That he used to say: His divorce of her does not attach to her as long as she is in a waiting period from him that is irrevocable.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن منصور عن عمرو بن هرم عن جابر بن زيد أنه كان يقول لا يلحقها طلاقه إياها ما كانت في عدة منه بائنة
