Hadith 10:768
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hamid ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Layth, from al-Sha'bi and Tawus, they both said: "If he performs khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) and then divorces her, his divorce does not take effect."
