Hadith 10:784
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda narrated to us, from Sa’id, from Abu Ma’shar, from Ibrahim, who said: If he divorces her (khul’), then they both regret it while she is still in her waiting period, she does not return to him except with a (new) proposal.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة عن سعيد عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم قال إذا خلعها ثم ندما وهي في عدتها لم ترجع إليه إلا بخطبة
