Hadith 10:786
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Kathir bin Hisham narrated to us, from Ja'far bin Burqan, he said: I heard Maymun bin Mihran saying regarding the *khul'* (divorce initiated by the wife): If her husband accepts the ransom from her, then proposes to her after that, he said: He may marry her and assign a new dowry for her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر بن برقان قال سمعت ميمون بن مهران يقول في الخلع إذا قبل منها زوجها الفدية ثم خطبها بعد ذلك قال يتزوجها ويسمي لها مهرا جديدا
