Hadith 10:800
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Humayd, from Raja’ ibn Haywah, that he asked him: "How did al-Hasan say regarding the woman who seeks khul’ (divorce by ransom)?" He said: "He used to dislike that he (the husband) takes from her more than what he gave her." Raja’ said: "Qabisah ibn Dhu’ayb said: 'Read the verse that follows it: *But if you fear that they will not maintain the limits of Allah, then there is no blame upon either of them for that by which she ransoms herself.*'"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يزيد بن هارون عن حميد عن رجاء بن حيوة أنه سأله كيف كان الحسن يقول في المختلعة فقال إنه كان يكره أن يأخذ منها فوق ما أعطاها فقال رجاء قال قبيصة بن ذؤيب اقرأ الآية التي بعدها @QB@ فإن خفتم ألا يقيما حدود الله فلا جناح عليهما فيما افتدت به @QE@
