Hadith 10:801

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Kathir, the freed slave of Ibn Samurah, that a rebellious (nashiz) woman was brought to ‘Umar. He ordered that she be taken to a house full of dung, and she remained in it for three days. Then he summoned her and said, "How did you find it?" She replied, "I have not found any comfort since I have been with him, except for these nights that you imprisoned me in it." He said, "Khul’ (divorce) her, even if it is for her earring."
