Hadith 10:803
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Abdullah, from Nafi’, that a freedwoman of Safiyyah bint Abi Ubayd sought khul’ (divorce) from her husband in exchange for everything she possessed, until she even sought khul’ in exchange for some of her garments. This reached Ibn Umar, and he did not disapprove of it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا علي بن مسهر عن عبد الله عن نافع أن مولاة لصفية بنت أبي عبيد اختلعت من زوجها بكل شيء لها حتى اختلعت ببعض ثيابها فبلغ ذلك بن عمر فلم ينكره
