Hadith 10:806
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Hashim narrated to us, from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak, who said: There is no harm in a woman obtaining a khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) from her husband, even if it is more than what he gave her.
