Hadith 10:808
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Zakariyya ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Isma'il, from Ash'ath, from al-Sha'bi, regarding a man who divorces his wife with a final (ba'in) divorce, then marries her during her waiting period, then divorces her before he has consummated the marriage with her: He said: She has the dower (sadaq), and she must observe a new waiting period.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا يحيى بن زكريا بن أبي زائدة عن إسماعيل عن أشعث عن الشعبي في الرجل يطلق امرأته تطليقة بائنة ثم يتزوجها في عدتها ثم يطلقها قبل أن يدخل بها قال لها الصداق وعليها عدة مستقبلة
