Hadith 10:811
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind, from al-Sha’bi, regarding the woman who becomes irrevocably separated from her husband by one divorce or two divorces, then he marries her [again], then he divorces her before he has consummated the marriage with her: He said: She has half of the dowry.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا بن علية عن داود بن أبي هند عن الشعبي في المرأة تبين من زوجها بتطليقة أو تطليقتين ثم يتزوجها ثم يطلقها قبل أن يدخل بها قال لها نصف الصداق
