Hadith 10:812
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that he was asked about a man who swore an oath of abstention (*ila*) from his wife, and she became separated from him, then he married her during her waiting period (*‘iddah*), then he divorced her before he had consummated the marriage with her. He said: [She is entitled to] half of the dowry, and there is no waiting period (*‘iddah*) upon her.
