Hadith 10:813
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: 'Abdah bin Sulayman and Muhammad bin Sawa' narrated to us, from Ibn Abi 'Aruba, from Qatadah, from 'Ikrimah and al-Hasan, they both said: "If he khul's (obtains a divorce from) her, then marries her during her waiting period, then divorces her before he has consummated the marriage with her, then she is entitled to half of the dowry, and she must complete what remains of her waiting period."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة بن سليمان ومحمد بن سواء عن بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن عكرمة والحسن قالا إذا خلعها ثم تزوجها في عدتها ثم طلقها قبل أن يدخل فلها نصف الصداق وتكمل ما بقي عليها من العدة
