Hadith 10:815
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from al-Mughirah, from al-Harith al-'Ukli, that he said: If a woman obtains khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) from her husband while he is ill, and then he dies during the waiting period ('iddah), there is no inheritance for her.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن الحارث العكلي أنه قال إذا اختلعت المرأة من زوجها وهو مريض ثم مات في العدة فلا ميراث لها
