Hadith 10:817
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Ibn Lahi'ah, from Ja'far ibn Rabi'ah al-Qurashi, from Tawbah ibn Namir, from Ibn Umar, that Abd al-Aziz asked Qabisah about the woman who obtains a khul' (divorce by ransom): Do they inherit from one another? He said: No, because she ransomed herself with her wealth, and her soul was pleased with it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا زيد بن الحباب عن بن لهيعة عن جعفر بن ربيعة القرشي عن توبة بن نمر عن بن عمر أن عبد العزيز سأل قبيصة عن المختلعة يتوارثان قال لا لأنها افتدت بمالها طيب به نفسها
