Hadith 10:820
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, from Abdullah, who said: When he takes an oath (of abstention from his wife), and four months have passed, then she has become separated from him by one divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم عن عبد الله قال إذا آلى فمضت اربعة أشهر فقد بانت منه بتطليقة
