Hadith 10:821
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Habib, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Umar and Ibn Abbas, they both said: "If he takes an oath of abstention (ila') and does not return (to marital relations) until the four months have passed, then it is a final divorce (taliqah ba'inah)."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن حبيب عن سعيد بن جبير عن بن عمر وبن عباس قالا إذا آلى فلم يفيء حتى تمضي الأربعة الأشهر فهي تطليقة بائنة
