Hadith 10:823
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Shu’bah, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: The determination of the divorce (al-ila’) is the completion of the four months, and the returning (al-fay’) is sexual intercourse.
