Hadith 10:829
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Yazid ibn Ibrahim, from al-Hasan and Ibn Sirin: They both said: If four months have passed, then it is an irrevocable divorce.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا وكيع عن يزيد بن إبراهيم عن الحسن وبن سيرين قالا إذا مضت أربعة أشهر فهي تطليقة بائنة
