Hadith 10:834
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud narrated to us, from Jarir, he said: I read in the book of Abu Qilabah, which was with Ayyub: I asked Abu Salamah and Salim about the *ila* (oath of continence), and they both said: "When four months have passed, it is a divorce."
