Hadith 10:836
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from ‘Amr ibn Salamah ibn Harb: That ‘Ali used to make her wait after the four [months] until it became clear whether there was a return or a divorce.
