Hadith 10:852
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hanzala, he said: I heard al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, and he was asked about *ila* (a husband's oath to abstain from sexual relations with his wife). He said: He is made to stand, and it is said to the one who is asking him: "Have you divorced?" He said: "Rather, the Imam calls him, and he either returns (to his wife) or he separates (divorces her)."
